What to Expect in This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting businesses with delinquent balances owed to other businesses. You'll be creating success stories: helping businesses resolve their outstanding obligations and helping our clients who rendered products or services get paid.

Pay

$16–$26/hour based on experience, plus commission.

​

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM MST. Fully remote.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with delinquent businesses regarding their outstanding debts

• Conduct skip tracing and asset research on delinquent accounts

• Manage accounts using Simplicity Collection Software

• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements

• Document account activity and maintain accurate records

• Participate in ongoing collection training

 

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of commercial collections experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome

• Honest, ethical, and highly professional

• Strong interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships

• Self-motivated and driven

• Demonstrated ability to meet collection quotas

• Strong work ethic, discipline, and consistency

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling

• Skip tracing experience a plus

• Reliable internet and a quiet remote work setup
